In 2007 Alan and I decided to go to a Halloween Party dressed as Sonny and Cher. He makes a great Cher, he's so tall and thin. I'm told I look more like Cheech Marin than I do Sonny Bono, but, oh well.
A friend of ours who produces a benefit show that helps support AIDS research saw our party pictures and asked us if we'd do Sonny and Cher in his 2008 benefit show. We did, and were apparently a hit -- so much so that we were asked to participate in the benefit show again on October 14, 2009 -- here is that performance. We had such GREAT FUN with lots of family and friends in the audience.
Alan was editing this video to put here on our website when my grandson, Landon, (who is 6 years old) came into the studio and watched Alan work for a few minutes. A little time later Landon was walking through the living room and I heard him singing, “I GOT E-BAY” – which made the experience even more fun.
